Put pan on the Hob and fry the chicken on a low heat until golden.
Remove from pan and place into the Slow Cooker.
Add all other ingredients (except red kidney beans)and mix well.
Place Lid on and Leave for 4 hours on High. After 4 hours give it a stir and reduce heat to low. Leave for another hour, then add kidney beans, leave for a final hour and then stir, check for Seasoning and Serve with either Rice or Small crunchy roast Potatoes and Crusty Bread. Enjoy
10 pieces of Chicken (drumsticks and thighs mixed)
1 ring of Chorizo, Chopped or Sliced
2 large onions ( 1 diced, 1 sliced)
2 large carrotts sliced
3 mixed bell peppers (red, green and yellow)
300g Mushrooms sliced (aprox)
half tube of tomato puree
2 tins of chopped tomatoes
2 pints of chicken stock
1 tablespoon Paprika
2 teaspoons Thyme or Oregano
1 teaspoon dried Parsley
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 Bay Leaf
Salt n Black Pepper
1 teaspoon sugar.
